Front end suspension repair
I found Val & Mike’s Auto Repair to be the front end suspension specialists. I was frustrated with the recent repairs that were performed on my 2015 Subaru Impreza. My vehicle was in a minor accident and the suspension parts, the left front upper control arm and tie-rods were replaced. After the vehicle was repaired it continued to pull strongly to the left. I decided to take it to the Subaru Dealer for a second opinion. Their inspection found, again, the left front control arm and tie-rods were bent, claiming it was probably caused by another accident. That did not set right with me. There was no second accident and when I called my insurance agent to reopen the initial claim, they were quick to open a new claim with a new deductible.
Frustrated and not sure where to turn, I found Val & Mike’s Auto Repair on the internet under Subaru specialist. What I found was that they are also suspension experts. They test drove our Subaru Impreza, inspected the vehicle and found the control arm and tie-rods were not bent in the suspension, but the unibody was bent. That is the frame of the vehicle where the control arm and tie-rods are attached. They spent quite a bit of time not only thoroughly inspecting the Impreza, but time with us, showing us their findings and documenting them for our insurance company. Since Val & Mike’s Auto Repair is not a frame shop where they can straighten the frame, they were able to refer us to a reputable and trusted company that could help us. We really appreciate Val & Mike’s Auto Repair. Dave S. Murrieta CA
